Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup lukewarm water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 8-10 balls and flatten each ball into a small disc.
  6. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  7. Cook the flatbreads for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dips and sauces.
