- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup oatmeal

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, apple cider, butter, and raisins (if using).
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
