Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
      2. In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, flour, salt, and pepper. In a separate dish, whisk together eggs.
      3. Dredge shrimp in the egg mixture, then in the panko mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet.
      4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and golden brown.
      5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, and honey. Set aside.
      6. Transfer cooked shrimp to a large bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp and toss to combine.
      7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
