Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, flour, salt, and pepper. In a separate dish, whisk together eggs.
Dredge shrimp in the egg mixture, then in the panko mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and golden brown.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, and honey. Set aside.
Transfer cooked shrimp to a large bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp and toss to combine.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Bang-Bang Shrimp was created by Chef Paul Lee in 2004 at Bonefish Grill.
The name “Bang-Bang” comes from the sound made when the shrimp are fried.
This dish is a popular appetizer at many restaurants and can also be served as a main course.
