Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and season with the garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the yogurt, cream, and cilantro, stirring until combined.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or with naan bread.
