- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, oil, and eggs. Stir in the nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
