Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup cold water

Directions

Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each piece into a circle about 8 inches in diameter.
Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough in half and press the edges together to seal the pelmeni.
Place the pelmeni on a floured baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pelmeni to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pelmeni are golden brown.
Serve the pelmeni with sour cream and enjoy!
