Ingredients

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Romaine lettuce and white rice.
  2. Add the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, red bell pepper, white vinegar, and salt and pepper to the bowl and stir until evenly combined.
  3. Serve the salad immediately.
