Ingredients

  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring just until combined. Stir in the cookie butter and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
