Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of prepared pie plate.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs, one at a time, stirring until blended. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let cool.
In a medium bowl, mix together heavy cream, melted white chocolate chips, and peppermint extract. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over cooled pie.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
