Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the delicata squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Cut the squash into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick slices.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the squash slices and toss to coat with the oil and seasonings.
- Spread the slices on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through.
