Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 flour tortillas

Directions

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cheese until melted.
  5. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  6. Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas and fold into burritos.
