Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix oats, honey, and peanut butter in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Stir in nuts, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
  4. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Press oatmeal mixture into the dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
