Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix oats, honey, and peanut butter in a medium-sized bowl.
- Stir in nuts, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
- Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press oatmeal mixture into the dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
