- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch baking pan with coconut oil and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir until just combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
