Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (15-ounce) can chili beans, undrained
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (7.5-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and onion, and cook until beef is browned and onion is softened, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in chili beans, tomatoes, corn, chili powder, and cumin. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll biscuit dough and arrange over chili in an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until biscuit dough is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
