Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced

1 (7.5-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and onion, and cook until beef is browned and onion is softened, about 10 minutes.
Stir in chili beans, tomatoes, corn, chili powder, and cumin. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Unroll biscuit dough and arrange over chili in an even layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until biscuit dough is golden brown.
Serve hot.
