Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, oil and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
