Ingredients

  • 4 halibut filets
  • 1 cup of corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  3. Brush the halibut filets with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Press the corn flake mixture onto the halibut filets, making sure to coat them completely.
