- 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine the rice, chicken broth, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the sour cream. Serve the pork chops with the rice.
