Ingredients
2 pounds potatoes, cubed
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/3 cup bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Add the potatoes to the mixture and stir to combine.
Garnish with the fresh parsley and serve.
