Place pork roast in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over pork, seal bag, and turn to coat. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place pork in a shallow roasting pan and pour marinade over top. Roast for 1 1/2 -2 hours, or until pork is cooked through and an internal thermometer reads 145 degrees F.
