2 pounds parsnips, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spread the parsnips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice and stir until combined. Pour the glaze over the parsnips and toss to coat.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove from the oven and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
