Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
