Ingredients
2 tablespoon of butter
1 large celery root, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the celery root and potato cubes to the pot and stir to coat with the butter.

Remove from the heat and add the heavy cream.
