Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together thawed corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cheese. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter and crushed saltine crackers. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown and cheese is melted.
