Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk (of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • Optional Toppings (Fresh Fruit, Nuts, Coconut Flakes, etc.)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together chia seeds, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon until combined.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Stir the pudding before serving and top with desired toppings.
