Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions
