Ingredients

  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the mandarin oranges and separate the segments. Cut each segment into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
