Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup chopped pears
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, eggs, and buttermilk.
  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in raspberries, pears, and pecans.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
