Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish
  • 8 (6-inch) soft taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce, for garnish
  • Shredded cheese, for garnish
  • Diced tomatoes, for garnish
  • Sour cream, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
