- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 (9 ounce) package cheese-filled tortellinis
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and white wine to the skillet. Stir to combine, then bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the tortellinis to the skillet and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the tortellinis are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and serve.
