Ingredients
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, olives, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, and roll in the breadcrumbs.
- Place the balls on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Brush the balls with melted butter, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
