Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups of water
Directions
- In a blender, combine sweet potato, carrots, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher. Discard the solids.
- Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold.
