Ingredients

  • 1 pound of sausage
  • 1 pound of mushrooms
  • 1 pound of chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and mushrooms and cook until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
