Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings and drumettes
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • Hot sauce to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the wings and drumettes in the flour mixture, making sure to evenly coat each piece.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
  4. Carefully add the wings and drumettes to the hot oil and fry for about 8-10 minutes, until they are crispy and golden.
  5. Remove the wings and drumettes from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  6. Place the wings and drumettes on a serving plate and drizzle with hot sauce.
