Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sour cream, and buttermilk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Drop the biscuit dough onto a greased baking sheet in 6 mounds, leaving enough space in between each biscuit.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
