Ingredients
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Add broccoli florets to a baking sheet and toss with olive oil. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Whisk to combine.
When the broccoli is finished roasting, remove from oven and pour the sauce over top. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
