Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, honey, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, paprika and cayenne pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side, or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F when inserted into the thickest part of the meat.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
