Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into prepared pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sugar, salt, eggs, and chocolate chips until combined.
  4. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until center is set and lightly browned.
  5. Allow to cool completely before serving.
