Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and stir until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill shrimp for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
