Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
