Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over top. Turn the chicken to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.
