Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over top. Turn the chicken to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
