Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the chicken with the olive oil, then coat with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
