- 3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Heat over low heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the diced strawberries to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts (if desired) over the fudge.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours before cutting into pieces.
