- 1 cup sourdough starter

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the sourdough starter, warm water, cracked wheat, bread flour, and salt.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 2-3 hours.
- Punch down the dough and shape into a round loaf.
- Place the loaf on a greased baking sheet and let it rise again for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the bread for about 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
