Ingredients
- 2 lavash wraps
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place lavash wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread tomato sauce over each wrap, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, bell pepper, mushrooms, and black olives over the top of each wrap.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cut into slices and serve.
