In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and brown sugar. Stir until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Heat a lightly greased griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to look dry and bubbles form on the surface.
Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
