Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes, or until fork tender.
Drain the cauliflower and add it to a food processor or blender.
Add the butter, cream, and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Serve the mashed cauliflower hot, topped with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
