Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes, or until fork tender.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and add it to a food processor or blender.
  4. Add the butter, cream, and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve the mashed cauliflower hot, topped with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
