Ingredients
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs

Directions

Add the flour, alternating with the sour cream, and mix until just combined.
Fold in the orange juice, walnuts, and coconut.
Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
