This easy Moo Shu Pork recipe is a delicious and traditional Chinese dish that combines tender pork, crisp vegetables, and savory hoisin sauce wrapped in thin pancakes. It's a perfect meal for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 8-10 flour tortillas or Chinese pancakes

Directions
