Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into balls. Place in the prepared pan.
  3. Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and raisins in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the biscuit pieces.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
  5. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
