Directions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
- Stir until mixture comes to a low boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Transfer to a jar or container and let cool completely before serving.
