Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups corn flakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla, and baking soda.
- Stir in the flour until blended, then stir in the corn flakes.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls (or use a cookie scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
